Until just recently, I was serving as a high school youth minister at Good Shepherd in Colleyville, Texas, where I was reminded daily to listen for the voice of my Shepherd to and smell a little more like my sheep. I’m pursuing new endeavors, but I still absolutely love youth ministry, education, social media, and anything art or art education related… and I am constantly amazed at the way our paths are directed to things yet unseen or understood.
I want to be a missionary every day. I want to see the New Evangelization set our Church ablaze. I want my heart to be set on the Word that is living and effective. I want people to know that the enduring reality of God becoming man is the Person of Jesus Christ, who is the hope and ultimate end of all that we are and do. I want them to know that grace is just as big, powerful, and overwhelming as it is small, personal, and life-changing. And really… I want to know it, too.
